Procedure

Phase A-Add phase A materials in order to main vessel under shear mixing. Allot time for the Soapnut Extract to fully wet out into solution before adding the Synthalen W600. Phase B-Add phase B to main vessel under continued shear mixing. Phase C-Add phase C materials in order to main vessel under shear mixing. Phase D-Add phase D to main vessel under shear mixing and allot time for batch to thicken to uniformity. Phase E-Add phase E to main vessel under shear mixing. Note: Batch will thicken slightly with this addition. Transfer to final container once uniform.
